There are about six different TCmulticam apps depending on how many video channels you want to be able to receive. Just updated to iPad air and the TCmulticam unlimited app is not there. At this moment on the app store the TCmulticam apps might not be available. I am in the process of searching the nets for universal types of iPhone cctv apps and happened upon your question. Do not know if your DVR is on the list, but it is a long list. I really think that the vendor who sold them that DVR should have been more careful about checking with the customer about their computing environment, but it's already been sold and paid for by now so it may be too late to try and replace that unit with one that's more compatible out of the box.
